Private Island wedding with BBQ reception

What could be more romantic than getting married on a tiny island in the Ionian Sea? The beach on this private island is available to hire exclusively for your wedding, the only place in Greece where this is possible. The island itself is accessed by a small wooden bridge from the main island of Zante. Your wedding ceremony here will be a romantic and intimate affair, a truly unforgettable experience. You and your partner will exchange vows on the beach with the most beautiful sea view in the background. After the official signatures, you will have photos taken with family and friends as champagne bottles are popped open and instrumental music plays. We recommend hiring the beach area exclusively for your wedding ceremony so you can have this special place all to yourselves.
Please note that the island is very booked up for 2011 with many weeks fully booked. Please contact us to check availability and hold a date for your wedding.
Reception
Following your island wedding ceremony, your wedding guests will be transferred to the reception venue with beautiful views of the Ionian Sea and the island itself, where your guests will enjoy a delicious BBQ meal . Your perfect day is given the attention it deserves with detailed decorations for both your wedding and reception venues. Entertainment is included in the package below or for something truly memorable why not surprise your guests with fireworks or traditional Greek dancers?
Price
5,950 Euros for the private island ceremony (including exclusive private hire of the beach area) and Beach BBQ reception for 25 persons. This all inclusive package includes:
- Pre-wedding consultation with your personal wedding co-ordinator on arrival in Zante
- Bride’s bouquet in any choice of colours (chrysanthemums, lilies, roses, depending on season)
- Matching buttonhole for groom
- 50 coloured photos (photography at both wedding & reception venue)
- Album and negatives (on CD in digital form)
- Wedding DVD (with introductory tour of Zante island) to record ceremony only
- Music (recorded)
- Private beach area rental fee & exclusivity fee included
- Decorated bridal car for arrival of bride/father, departure husband/wife to reception venue
- Decoration of wedding venue: tulle entwined down the main staircase with matching flowers
- Wedding cake (two tiers)

- Transfer for your guests to/from the island to the reception venue (10 mins approx)
- BBQ meal for 25 persons Consisting of: Mixed salad, potato salad, pasta salad, village sausage, pork chops, chicken fillet, beef burger, pork souvlaki
- Bottled Zakynthian wine, x 7 bottles
- DJ for 4 hours (20:00-24:00)
- Decoration of reception consisting of: matching coloured dinner napkins, mesh favours, small lanterns, medium size decorative jars with candles, layout colourful material, metallic sprinkles
- Table set up with white covered chairs/tablecloths outside balcony or garden area with sea view
- Transfer to and from the town hall for scheduled appointments

Please enquire separately if you require a different reception itinerary which can be adapted for a different number of guests. A supplement of 200 euros applies in July & August.
