After searching for the perfect destination for our wedding, we discovered Santorini Gem through Ionian Weddings. Wow. What an amazing fun filled day. The whole process from start to finish with arranging the wedding was a breeze. I certainly kept them busy with my back and forwards emails!  We had an amazing day! Could not have asked for a better service. Everybody was so helpful. Thank you for making our wedding a dream! It was a dream wedding which we will keep with us forever!

Wow where to start?? I honestly couldn’t recommend Ionian weddings enough – so professional as well as making your wedding feel personal to them also! Having decided to marry in Italy we must have searched through dozens of wedding planners & choosing Ionian weddings was the best decision we made. Our original planner was always on the end of the phone or email answering any questions and talking us through ideas and plans, she then sadly left the company but promised us we’d be in good hands & how correct she was! We were introduced to Giuliana who so was fantastic with helping ensure our final details were all in place, all of my queries were always promptly answered even during busy peak ‘wedding season’ nothing was ever too much trouble. Once in Italy our local planner Rosaria was just fabulous, so friendly & made us feel completely at ease whilst remaining professional. She made sure our special day went without a single blip & all of our guests spoke about how brilliant she was. So many people commented on how calm i was on the morning of the wedding & it was all due to knowing Ionian weddings had everything ready & in place….such a lovely feeling! Without Ionian Weddings our dream wedding would never have been possible so thank you to all of the staff for all of your hard work, i felt like a true princess…… happy ever after x

Before booking, we looked on Ionian Weddings’ website and spoke with coordinators in the U.K. who are so knowledgeable about everything from the actual ceremony to the area. So professional and nothing was too much trouble. Amazing people. The U.K. team were helpful, professional and kind getting us all the info we needed, so fast at responding. Everything from the UK to Italy went without a hitch, all down to these guys arranging everything. They helped us arrange a dream wedding and we are so grateful. Rosaria in Italy was amazing, nothing was too much trouble and she even helped us contact a restaurant that we had booked for the night before the wedding . The advice she gave us for the day and night was spot on. The ceremony went so smoothly and also my hair trial and actual day hair. My hairdresser was amazing.  We had an amazing wedding and a truly unforgettable experience which we and our families will cherish forever. I would not have changed one thing about the wedding pre, post or on the day. Both wedding coordinators in the UK and Greece literally could not do enough to help make our day perfect. The entire wedding from start to finish was at our pace, personalised and beautiful. Every phone call came with a smile. The documentation service was amazing and worth every penny – no need to go to registry office pre-wedding, a short 30 minute session post wedding at your convenience provides you with your wedding certificates – It was worth its weight in gold – no need to worry about translations or missing documents the register and wedding coordinator there to support and documents delivered to your hotel room. Our local co-ordinator was amazing! Her patience, mannerisms, no request was too much, she was super professional and extremely efficient. The DJ, photographer, videographer and hairdressers all came to us when convenient. The hairdresser was fantastic and exceeded my expectations. The food on the day was hot, fresh and tasty and the wedding cake beautiful! The scenery and the way they set the flowers, tables etc was breath taking. I held back happy tears walking down the steps when I initially saw how they had laid it all out.
I honestly cant thank Ionian Weddings enough for making my wedding day literally perfect in every way and making it the happiest day of our lives.

The service provided by Ionian Weddings was over and above. They helped out with all aspects of the wedding planning, helping to make it stress free for me. They really put me at ease and I trusted everything they did would be perfect because of their professional manner and knowledge. Our Wedding Planner was extremely helpful and our local coordinator was resourceful in helping us chose options for the day. Viola helped us both to feel at ease and relax on the days before the wedding. Our day was absolutely perfect and everything was exactly as we wanted and imagined it would be. We highly recommend to anyone considering getting married abroad.

I couldn’t have asked for more from Ionian weddings. From start to finish everybody was helpful and lovely to deal with. They answered all my questions and were always supportive when I had any worries. The venues in Skiathos were more than we could of wished for, the scenery was beautiful and everything went smoothly thanks to George the local coordinator. He met with us before hand, showed us around the venues and finalised any last minute details.

The day itself went without a hitch and everybody enjoyed the laid back, intimate atmosphere. Just how we wanted it. Great service from all involved. If your looking for a stress free special day I would contact Ionian.

From first booking Ionian Weddings everything seemed right. From start to finish from booking to wedding day and afterwards their service has been brilliant. The packages they offered were varied and very good value for money. The wedding was so stress free and getting all relevant documentation prior to wedding was well explained. The package we chose was fab, very laid back and to our needs. Jane in the office at home was lovely, very efficient in getting back to us and gave us a nice call a few weeks before our wedding to check on last minute details and Stephanie in the resort was so welcoming. We had a lunch time wedding at the cloisters with mid afternoon reception at the Lemon Garden in Sorrento.  The owners were so lovely and efficient especially when brought in favours for wedding party a few days early and happy to store until wedding day.
