Our individual planners in the U.K. and Italy were great. Our Italian contact was amazing, ensuring everything ran smoothly, everyone was where they needed to be and ensured our day was perfect. She was so knowledgeable about the local area and everything that is involved, she asked questions about the whole day covering every minute detail to ensure that our day was perfect, she coordinated everything brilliantly and discretely- she made you feel like you were her only client, I cannot recommend her highly enough.
